I understand that the submission of this application does not obligate me or Alijandro’s Kitchen in any manner, nor does it imply that there is any legal or commercial relationship between us. I further understand that Alijandro’s Kitchen has the sole right to approve or disapprove the Application for any reason it may determine, and in the event that Alijandro’s Kitchen disapproves the Application, Alijandro’s Kitchen shall have no liability or ongoing obligations to me. I certify that the information contained in this Application is accurate and complete and I will immediately notify Alijandro’s Kitchen in writing of any material change to this information. I understand that any omission or misrepresentation of information provided by me may result the termination of any franchise agreement that I may be granted. Alijandro’s Kitchen is authorized to investigate my background as it pertains to my qualifications. I further consent to Alijandro’s Kitchen obtaining a credit report, criminal background check and any other information it deems necessary in order to evaluate my suitability as a potential Alijandro’s Kitchen franchisee.
